China Construction Steel Co., Ltd. recently won the bid for the construction of the flag steel structure of the central business district of Egypt's new administrative capital. It is reported that this is the company's first super high-rise project in the Egyptian market.

 

It is understood that the project is located in the central business district of Egypt's new capital, with a total construction area of 241,000 square meters and a height of 387.5 meters. The total steel structure is about 22,000 tons. Upon completion, it will become the landmark building of Egypt's new capital. A tall building."

 

Egypt’s new capital, the Central Business District, is part of the Egyptian government’s new capital construction plan, covering a total area of 505,000 square meters, including the 387.5-meter super high-rise building and 12 high-rise commercial office buildings, 5 high-rise apartment buildings and 2 Upscale hotel, a total of 20 high-rise buildings and supporting municipal projects, with a total construction area of about 1.7 million square meters. Previously, China Construction Steel also undertook construction of the new terminal in Algiers Airport, the Oran Mall in Algeria, and the Egyptian Cement Plant in North Africa.
